The first step in hiring a pet sitter is the initial consultation. The initial consultation is free and involves Paula coming to your home to meet you and your pets. During the consultation, Paula will learn as much as possible about your pets, their routines, and their personalities.

We will provide a service contract and an information sheet, which will request all necessary information such as emergency contacts, dietary requirements and veterinary information. At this time, we can schedule your pet sitting services.

The assignment fee includes the first 5 miles of the petsitters journey to you. All miles thereafter are charged at the rate of £0.30 per mile, this should be taken into consideration when calculating the assignment fee. For an illustration of this calculation please view the dog walking example.

Whether a one off or a regular treat, we can be there to walk your dog(s). This is an excellent service for those of you who work long hours and cannot get home to walk your dog as often as you would like, or you are just not as mobile as you used to be.

Our walking service is dedicated to your dog(s), we do not walk any other dogs at the same time, this enables us to focus on your dogs needs and give them all the attention they so deserve. If you feel that your dog(s) would benefit from socialisation, group walks are available at your request.

If you feel your dog would benefit from a long walk, off lead fun and socialisation with other dogs, we now offer a group walk service. Each session is for 2 hours (including collection and return) and is held at our 7 acre paddock.

A discount is offered for block bookings of 5 or more group walks.

We will come and spend 1 hour with your pet(s), we will feed it, fuss it, walk it and anything else you want us to do in that time. We can also make your home looked lived in while you're away for example pick up the post, draw the curtains, turn lights on/off.

Multiple and Longer visits can be arranged.

Our horse visit is just the thing if you are uable to tend your horse for any reason. This is a 1 hour visit (longer upon request) in which we can muck out, groom, turn out, basically whatever your horse needs are. Our horse visit staff are experienced horse handlers and have horses of their own.

If you are going away for a while and cannot face putting your beloved pet into boarding, we can offer you our house sitting service. One of our carers will come and live in your home and keep up the routines your pets are familiar with.

If you require our services regularly we can keep your key on file for future use. It can also be of benefit for those times when you lock yourself out. All the keys we hold are kept in a locked cabinet when not in use and are not tagged with any personal identification details.
